Our Founders
Lesley Feldman is a former Division I National Champion (Softball – UCLA) who received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.
After practicing employment law at large firms, she branched out and started her own law firm in 2010.
Lesley is passionate about creating equal opportunities and representation at the table for all athletes.
Chelsea Suitos is a former National Team Athlete (Softball – Philippines) and Division I Athlete (Softball – The University of Arizona) who continued her learnings through Harvard Business School Online specializing in Finance, Negotiation, and Strategy. She has 6+ years of corporate experience working for Nike, Inc. at World Headquarters where she specializes in building go-to-market strategies and partnerships.
Her experience at Nike WHQ is complimented by her contributions in the Sports Tech Start-Up space where she has consulted for cutting edge line-up optimization technology (Seqnzr) and Bluetooth wearable technology (Caught Stealing) in both baseball and softball.
Chelsea is passionate about inspiring the next generation of female athletes and making the world of sport more accessible and better than when she left it.
Jami Lobpries is a former professional (Softball - National Pro Fastpitch) and Division I Athlete (Softball - Texas A&M University) who received her Ph.D in Sport Management with a focus on female athlete branding and brand identity theory. She has spent the last seven years working in the youth sport industry as an executive with USSSA and now the Alliance Fastpitch.
While at USSSA, she led the National Fastpitch program with over 30,000 registered youth teams and four National events. Additionally, she worked directly with the USSSA Pride, a professional softball team, integrating professional athletes into their grassroots programming. Currently, she is leading the efforts in building the Alliance Fastpitch, a national league for fastpitch that focuses on player development and creates organized pathways National Championships.
Jami is a lifelong learner who is passionate about increasing opportunities for girls and women in sport both on and off the field.
